Clinical Supervision for LCSW Licensure

Build Confidence, Trust Your Judgment, and Strengthen Your Skills

Supervision is a space to think through your cases, your decisions, and your growth as a clinician. My approach is direct, grounded, and relational. I won’t sugarcoat, but I also won’t overcomplicate things. We focus on what matters: helping you trust yourself, navigate tricky situations, and develop skills that actually work in real-world practice.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience in in-home counseling, community mental health, and outpatient therapy. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, including those with trauma, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and substance use. These experiences shape my supervision so you can learn how to conceptualize cases clearly, intervene confidently, and build professional judgment you can rely on.

What Supervision Looks Like

  • Case consultation and conceptualization: Break down your cases, identify patterns, and discuss practical intervention strategies.

  • Skill building: Practice evidence-based approaches and relational techniques that actually work in sessions.

  • Professional growth: Develop confidence in your clinical decisions, ethical reasoning, and ability to handle complex cases.

  • Direct, honest feedback: I give feedback that challenges you while supporting your growth—always grounded and relational.

Sessions are structured but flexible to meet your needs. The goal is simple: you leave supervision feeling more capable, confident, and prepared to handle the real-world challenges of therapy.
