Insurance & Payment

I accept select insurance plans and also work with private pay clients.

If you plan to use insurance, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific benefits, including your deductible, copay, and coverage details. Because plans vary, it’s helpful to verify your mental health benefits before your first session so you know what to expect financially.

If I am not in-network with your plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. I provide superbills upon request to support reimbursement through your insurance company.

Fees

My private pay rates are listed by service.

Payment is due at the time of service for all sessions. Credit and debit cards are accepted through a secure system.

Good Faith Estimate

If you are paying out of pocket, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under federal law.

This outlines the expected cost of care based on your current treatment plan. Because therapy is personalized and can evolve over time, estimates may be updated if your needs change.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling is offered on a self-pay basis and is not billed to insurance.

This structure allows us to focus fully on the relationship work without the limitations or requirements that can come with insurance-based care.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are charged the full session fee
